Building a New Home?
When you’re building a new home from scratch,
you want to know that it’s being built right. There
are two times when new construction should be checked:
1. Phase I: Roughed-In Inspection
This early stage inspection takes place when the framing,
roof, plumbing and electrical and mechanical are installed.
The purpose of this inspection is to ensure all systems
behind the walls are built to satisfaction. Inspection
Fee: $100.
2. Phase II: Finished Home Inspection
This is a full inspection of the home in finished condition
which takes place just before closing to ensure all
systems are in good working order and that there are
no defects. Inspection Fee: Based on square footage.
Please see Pre-Purchase Inspection Fees. Just Bought a Brand New Home?
Our home warranty inspection
service will come in handy just before your one year
anniversary so that you can
have any defects repaired while your home is still under
warranty. Especially for homeowners who didn’t
have their new home inspected before purchase, a home
warranty inspection can give you peace of mind that your
home is built solid, in good working order and free of
major defects.. Selling Your Home?
Our Pre-Listing Inspection Program
will help you know how best to prepare your home before
you put it on the
market -- so you can sell your house faster and
for more money.
This program is especially useful
if you’ve lived
in your house for a number of years. If you’re
busy like so many, chances are that you’re not
fully aware of how your house has aged. We’re here
to help.
