Sample Reports

The inspection report will be easy to understand and easy to find what's important.

After the inspection, we'll create a report which depicts the condition of the home and outlines any concerns or repairs that need to be addressed. So you know exactly what we're talking about, we use digital photography to document all of our findings.

In the report, we explain how major or minor each item is, how soon it should be addressed and about how much repairs should cost. Plus, we highlight the key takeaways in an upfront summary so that it's easy to find what's important -- Major Repairs, Moderate Repairs, Minor Repairs, Maintenance & Safety and Monitor.
